I have hundreds of happy, satisfied clients that I have helped move two, three, or four times... as their families grew and their needs changed. I have specialized for years in the "First Time Home Buyers' Market" and am well acquainted with all the government loans (FHA, VA, MSHDA, Grand Rapids Home Buyer's Assistance Program), as well as with the traditional loans (Conventional, FreddieMac, GinnieMae, FannieMae), and also the specialty loans (Private Mortgages, Land Contracts). I have access to many lending institutions and a variety of loan options...and will help you with a loan tailor made for your personal needs.
